The car is rented according to R&S CONSULT s.r.l ( RSrentals.ro ) terms and conditions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Renters are asked to read and confirm acceptance by signing the Rental Agreement. Renters must meet all qualifications, standards and requirements. R&S CONSULT s.r.l ( RSrentals.ro ) reserves the right of not renting a car without explanation.

RENTER'S AGE
Minimum age: 21 years. Maximum age: 75 years. Driver must be in possession of a valid driver's license at least 3 years old.

PAYMENT
A Basic rental amount of 10% will be charged at time of booking the vehicle by bank transfer.
Minimum rental duration is 24 hours. First hour over 24 hours is free of charge. Over one hour delay, a full day will be charged according to the standard rate.

The car booking must be done with 5 days in advance and it will become effective only when R&S CONSULT s.r.l ( RSrentals.ro ) confirms it. The booking cancellation must take place with 3 days before the rental scheduled period, otherwise the basic rental amount will be lost.

The guarantee required for car rental is € 300 - 500. This guarantee will be returned at car's return time if the customer returns it in good conditions, with all car's documents, accessories and equipment at the place, date and time written in the agreement. IF THE CAR IS SCRATCHED OR HAS SPOTS OF MISSING DYE, BROKEN OR BURNED COVERS, OR OTHER DAMAGE, THE GUARANTEE FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED ENTIRELY. FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE RENTER OR ANYONE ELSE ,THE RENTER MUST BRING THE POLICE REPORT.

FUEL
The fuel is not included. Your vehicle will be supplied with full tank of fuel. The missing gasoline will be charged with € 1/liter if the car tank is not full on return.

RATES
R&S CONSULT s.r.l ( RSrentals.ro ) reserve the right to change the prices without notice. However, prices quoted at time of reservation are guaranteed.

DELIVERY/COLLECTION
The delivery/collecting is free of charge in the city limits.
The car is delivered to the customer in good conditions, with no visible flaw; any complaints referring to car's state have to be made at delivery time. The customer agrees to return the car in good conditions together with all car's documents, accessories, equipments at the place, date and time written in the agreement.

PENALTIES
In case of loosing the car documents, Rental Agreement or car keys, a charge of € 150 will be applied.

INSURANCE
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE NEAREST POLICE STATION MUST BE INFORMED AND AN ACCIDENT REPORT OBTAINED. WITHOUT THIS REPORT THE RENTER COULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIRS.
Colision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver do not waive the renter's responsibility for damages produced to R&S CONSULT s.r.l ( RSrentals.ro ) Romania vehicles in the following situations: Inside and under car body damages willful action or gross negligence. Damages on the tires and wheel not caused by accident or fire; Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; Written statement by traffic police is not presented at time of check in; Rented car driven by unauthorized persons.
